No customer contract can currently be formed through the pre-launch sandbox checkout.

Workforce Toolbox offers practical general-management resources for Great Britain. The catalogue includes paid digital workplace toolkits, focused packs and the Complete Workplace Toolkit Library. It also includes free downloadable resources and free browser utilities.

Workplace software and custom software services may be described as planned or opening soon. They are not currently available to order unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Reasonable care will be taken to describe each product’s contents, formats, printable page count, scope and stated compatibility accurately. Product images and previews illustrate the type and presentation of the resources; the product listing and order information will identify what is supplied.

Customers should review the stated formats and compatibility information before ordering and test editable files in their supported applications.

Workforce Toolbox is not VAT registered. When commerce is activated, the total price and any applicable tax information will be displayed before the customer places an order.

Stripe Managed Payments is integrated only in sandbox mode for controlled pre-launch testing. Live customer payments are not active and no customer purchase can currently be made through this site.

The future live checkout will show the product, total price and required order information before purchase. A live customer contract will be formed only through the ordering process described at that time.

The intended model is prompt access to purchased digital files after successful payment. The current sandbox tests this model with private object storage, an order record, a transactional delivery email and a secure hosted link. It also tests durable refund reconciliation and future-access revocation after a confirmed full refund. It does not accept real money.

The sandbox link period is configured for 30 days as a proposed launch default, subject to final owner approval before live commerce. An expired hosted link can be reissued using the purchase email and order reference or through support while the paid entitlement remains valid. Link expiry does not revoke the licence to files already legitimately downloaded. A confirmed full refund may withdraw future hosted access without attempting to delete files already downloaded.

Unless the product listing or order confirmation expressly says otherwise, a paid toolkit or pack is licensed to the purchaser for internal use within one organisation. The purchaser may edit the files, add that organisation’s branding and make reasonable internal copies for relevant managers, employees, workers or candidates.

The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload the files to a shared template library, distribute them to another organisation or offer a derivative version as their own product without written permission from Workforce Toolbox.

The licence grants permission to use the supplied material; ownership and copyright are not transferred. Customers should keep an untouched original and remain responsible for local amendments.

An individual toolkit or pack includes the files supplied at the point of purchase. Future updates or support are included only where the product listing or order confirmation expressly says so.

The Complete Workplace Toolkit Library has a separate entitlement: it includes every toolkit in the current Workplace Toolkit Library at the time of purchase, plus updates to those purchased products for 12 months. Entirely new future product categories are not automatically included unless expressly added to the entitlement.

Free downloads and browser utilities are supplied as practical general-management tools. Utility entries are used in the browser to create the requested result and are not submitted to Workforce Toolbox. The tools do not make automated employment decisions.

Availability may change, and users should retain any output or download they need.

The resources are designed for managers and small employers in England, Wales and Scotland. They are general management material, not individual legal or professional advice and not a guarantee that a particular process or decision is lawful, fair or appropriate.

Customers remain responsible for adapting responsibilities, authority, records, privacy arrangements and process links; checking current law, official guidance, contracts, policies and collective arrangements; and considering the circumstances before important use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The separate Refunds & Digital Content Policy explains the proposed approach to cancellation and faulty or non-conforming digital content.

The final terms will be provided in a durable form with the order information when commerce is activated. Any later change will apply as permitted by law and will not remove rights already attached to an earlier purchase.

These terms are prepared for a sole trader based in England and products intended for Great Britain. The final ordering and dispute wording must be reviewed with the completed checkout before public commerce opens.
